Missing Icons
Missing Dashboard or Map Graphics
If running on Linux map hotspots may not be visible on the UI and certain dashboard dials and other widgets such as "Alerts Past Week" may not render correctly. If that is the case a linux package that include urw-fonts must be installed.
search for a package that includes urw and check for on that has the URW Fonts in it. On Red Hat / Oracle based distributions a search returns the following
yum search urw Last metadata expiration check: 0:08:28 ago on Fri 13 Mar 2026 12:11:15 PM CDT. ===================================================================================== Name & Summary Matched: urw ===================================================================================== urw-base35-bookman-fonts.noarch : URW Bookman font family [part of Level 2 Core Font Set] urw-base35-fonts.noarch : Core Font Set containing 35 freely distributable fonts from (URW)++ urw-base35-fonts-common.noarch : Common files of the (URW)++ Level 2 Core Font Set urw-base35-gothic-fonts.noarch : URW Gothic font family [part of Level 2 Core Font Set]
Install the urw fonts package.
yum install urw-base35-fonts
After the fonts are installed restarting the CenterScape service should fix the rendering. The exact package name and method of installation may vary based on Linux distribution. Installing urw fonts is documented in the supported operating systems section but the CenterScape application will function without it, except for the rendering of certain graphics.
